Access the database by description or identification or by SWISS-PROT accession number. SWISS-MODEL Repository - Automatically generated protein models. Search by different keys or keywords. 3D information can also be accessed via the cross-reference to Pfam (Protein families database of alignments and HMMs) from a SWISS-Prot entry page. Tools: SWISS-Model - A fully automated protein structure homology-modeling server. Modelling requests and Interactive tools. 3D-Viewer: Deep View, the Swiss-PdbViewer.
