In order to quantify the effect, various measures (statistics) of codon usage were devised, some of which can be used to predict gene expressivity. In this talk, I will demonstrate the INteractive Codon usage Analysis software (INCA, available from www.bioinfo.hr/inca ) and its applications in analysis of microbial intra-genomic codon usage bias. -----------------------------------------------------------------
