sequences from several genomes. The database contains eukaryotic orthologous cluster (KOGs) as well as prokaryotic orthologous clusters (COGs). You can download the database by
FTP, or can access the database
online.

SEALS is a set of tools for semi-automated sequence analysis, written
in Perl. At present it is largely unmaintained. Still you can access it from
