Relevant feature information for a viral sequence:
  • include strain, serotype, host, country, and collection_date when known
  • coding region intervals, including start and stop codons, if present
  • protein name
  • gene name, if known
  • amino acid sequence, if known

  • if no coding region is present, other description of the sequence
