Requirements for Every Submission |
- Contact information: name, address, phone number, fax number and e-mail address of the submitter.
- Release date information
- Reference information
- Sequence authors: list of authors credited with the sequence.
- Citation(s) associated with the sequence.
- Source description
- Scientific name (Genus species) of the source organism. If the genus and species names
are not known, please provide a general description of the organism (e.g., uncultured bacterium).
For synthetic sequences, please provide a specific name (e.g., cloning vector pRB223)
- Unique source modifiers (e.g., clone, strain, isolate, cultivar, specimen
voucher name). These are especially important if the scientific name is not
known.
- Identification of the organelle from which any non-nuclear nucleotide sequence originates
(e.g., chloroplast, mitochondrion).
- Input DNA sequence
- A contiguous nucleotide sequence of at least 50 base pairs, sequenced
by the submitter(s).
- Type of molecule sequenced (e.g. genomic DNA, genomic RNA, mRNA).
- Description of the sequence:
