The Blood Group Antigen Gene Mutation
Database (BGMUT), a database housing information about the genetics of blood group
systems is now being hosted at NCBI as part of the dbRBC, a resource dedicated to the
genetics of red blood cell antigens. |
| 2/8 | Whole Genome Association |
The NCBI Whole Genome Association (WGA) resource provides
researchers with access to genotype and associated phenotype information
that will help elucidate the link between genes and disease. To create the
WGA resource, NCBI processes data generated by both the public and private
sectors. Data from NHLBI's ground-breaking Framingham Heart Study as well
as that from projects administered by NINDS and the
Genetic Association Information Network (GAIN) are included. For more information,
