3/6 BLAST beta release NCBI released a new BLAST interface available for beta testing. Improvements include a "Recent Results" feature, and "Saved Strategies" that can be accessed using MyNCBI. Also redesigned BLAST forms for enhanced usability.
1/1 dbGAP NCBI's dbGAP, database of Genotype and Phenotype, provides information from Genome Wide Association studies. The resource is intended to elucidate the link between genes and disease. Users have access to detailed information the phenotypic variables measured and pre-computed associations between subjects' phenotypes and genotypes.
